Amjad Hosni Al-Atari is an accomplished architectural engineer and executive with over 17 years of experience in design, construction management, and real estate development across Palestine and the broader Middle East. His professional background spans leadership roles with major institutions such as Union Construction & Investment Co., Bank of Jordan (Palestine HQ), and Amaar Group—where he oversaw the planning, budgeting, and delivery of complex residential and commercial developments, land parcellation, and infrastructure projects. Amjad has served as a board member and senior engineering manager for multiple firms, demonstrating strong command of both the technical and administrative aspects of construction and real estate operations. His hands-on experience managing projects in Ramallah, Gaza, and other Palestinian territories gives him deep regional knowledge of the construction landscape, regulatory environment, and logistical challenges unique to the area. With this background, he brings to Global Modular Partners a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects under challenging conditions and is ideally suited to serve as *Vice President for Middle East Operations*, leading initiatives across Palestine, Gaza, and neighboring markets.

As CFO, Jess M. White is responsible for all financial functions. She has over 18 years of experience in business leadership and financial management. Her dynamic career has included senior-level management and financial planning positions across multiple industries including hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and agriculture.
